It is one of the oils with the highest SMOKING POINT (245°C) and is rich in Linoleic Acid and a source of Vitamin E. It is a very versatile oil, particularly appreciated for its light and delicate taste that does not cover the flavours of food. It softens and nourishes the skin, has good moisturizing properties.
