Italian spirits

Although Italy is most well know for it’s copious selection of fine wines, Italy is underestimated for it’s vast collection of liqueurs and spirits.  In Italy these spirits are enjoy at times drank as an aperitivo (happy hour), as an after-dinner digestive, but often it is used as an important ingredients for some of Italy’s most traditional desserts.
